Chili EH!
This will provide fiber and tons of energy. Eat with toast or tortilla chips. You can add cheese if you wish but to keep it low fat, just eat it with a spoon or fork.
Ingredients:
1 onion
2 tbsp minced #garlic
1 large can of diced #tomatoes
1 can kidney #beans
1 can red beans
1 can black beans
1 cup #salsa
1/4 tsp cumin (or to taste)
3 tbsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch of red pepper flakes
I added 1 1/2 cup shredded carrots but you can add hamburger, ground chicken or turkey or none.
Directions: put in large pot, bring to boil then turn down heat and simmer for 1 hour, can turn down to low and keep warm until serving.
